Apple-Curry Spread

Makes 2 cups

¼ cup chopped onion
½ tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. margarine
1½ cups chopped apple
¼ cup chopped celery
½ cup nonfat plain yogurt

In small nonstick skillet, over medium heat, sauté onion and curry in margarine until tender, about 5 minutes. In medium bowl, combine apple, celery and yogurt; stir in curry mixture. Cover; chill for at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve as a spread on wheat crackers.
