Carol graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas Health
Science Center at Houston.  In 1996 Carol won both the Recognized Young
Dietitian of the Year Award by the Massachusetts Dietetics Association and the
Outstanding Nutrition Entrepreneur Award by the Nutrition Entrepreneur
Dietetic Practice Group.
